BIOGRAPHY

Moyano's music career began at the age of 7, studying at The C.P. Musica Antonio Machado in Malaga, Spain. His formative years saw him learning the piano - but it was at age 13, inspired by his father and grandfather, both working drummers, that everything fell into place and Moyano's passion for the drums was born.

Through his teenage years, Moyano performed with numerous bands and artists in Spain, before relocating to London in 2005 to study a Higher Diploma for Drums at the renowned ICMP (The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance).

In 2008, he joined UK-based melodic rock band Night By Night, founded by Ben Christo (guitarist of The Sisters Of Mercy), recording an EP with the hailed producer Romesh Dodangoda (Bring me the Horizon, Funeral for a Friend, Mötorhead) and scoring features in Kerrang! and Classic Rock magazine. During his tenure, Night by Night supported The Quireboys, Kory Clarke and Alannah Myles and toured in Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Shortly after, Moyano was head-hunted by popular London rockers, King Lizard, with whom he toured Europe and Israel; a two-year stint culminating in recording album A Nightmare Livin' the Dream with Brit Award-winning music producer Pedro Ferreira (The Darkness, Meatloaf, David Gray, Stereophonics, Therapy? and Enter Shikari).  The album was lauded in the UK's Classic Rock Magazine and featured in two of Spain's most popular rock publications Kerrang! and Heavy Rock.
